Vitrectomy Excellence
An intensive, 8-hour hands-on vitrectomy course designed to refine your skills in a controlled environment. The program combines VR technology with training on anatomical eye models (drylab & wetlab).
- VR Training: Advanced exercises on the EyeSi Surgical simulator – experience full surgical realism with zero risk to the patient.
- Wetlab: Skill refinement on anatomical eye models using a phacovitrectom and an operating microscope with posterior segment visualization.
- Surgical Instruments: Ergonomics and hands-on technique using professional surgical tools in practice.
- Expert Support: Continuous guidance from an experienced instructor combined with real-time feedback.

Course instructor:
Sebastian Kowalski – an expert and trainer with extensive experience in the medical industry (since 2019). He specializes in anterior and posterior segment ophthalmic microsurgery. He builds his expertise on close collaboration with leading ophthalmic centers, supporting them in medical equipment selection and advanced surgical techniques.
As a recognized trainer, he leads training sessions using state-of-the-art surgical systems and EyeSi Surgical virtual reality simulators. He has built his educational experience through prestigious ESASO courses (Lugano, Parma) and numerous projects across Poland and Europe. He collaborates with key clinics in Warsaw, Łódź, and Białystok. He gained his professional experience training with global market leaders such as Haag-Streit Group, Geuder AG, Oculus, Sophi, and Iridex.
Organizational Details:
- Training in a professional and comfortable wetlab facility
- Each participant receives a complete set of training materials, along with necessary protective clothing and disposable gloves.
